DOWN BY LAW new album out on DC Jam records

DOWN BY LAW the band of punk icon Dave Smalley (DYS, Dag Nasty, All and Raspberries) and Sam Williams is back with a new record.
It's been 9 years since the previous output, titled "Windwardtidesandwaywardsails", from one of the bands that with their music (albums like "Blue" and  "Punkrockacademyfightsong"), lyrics, show all around the world highly contributed to shape to the 90's punk rock along with the likes of Lag Wagon, Nofx, Rancid, NUFAN, Pennywise, The Offspring, Green Day, Millencolin, Less Than Jake to name a few of the most talked about acts of the era.

In late 2011 they signed with DC Jam Records who released their new 16 tracks effort "CHAMPIONS AT HEART".

WHALES ISLAND on tour through Europe this October/November

Palermo, Italy melodicore combo WHALES ISLAND are gonna hit the road for an Euro tour this October/November. The guys are gonna bring their music, passion and sweat socked shows any HC kids may not miss.

The band will be supporting their lastest offering a 7" vinyl "Cronicles of the pretenders" featuring 3 brand new songs and out via Indelirium Records , Raining Records, Noreason Records and world's appreciated kitsch (Greece).

COUNT ON PRIDE to release debut album

"Growing", out soon on Bruised & Broken records, is the title of debut full-length from  this German young and up and coming band that completed is current line-up in 2011 after a year of some of struggling and hard work.
On the same year the guys from Hamburg recorded an EP titled "Back Home"  featuring 5 tracks of modern hardcore with a metal laquage -the album is still up for free download -link below.

Subwaste / Stabbed In Back Euro Tour kicks off on 31st Aug.

Albuquerque NM's Stabbed In Back leave August 30th to embark on their 2 week European tour with Warbird Entertainment Recording artist's Subwaste, from Sweden.

Both bands will be on the road together for 17 days throughout 8 countries in support of their Split 7" "Allies" which drops on September 18th via Warbird Entertainment.

Race Riot 59 stream two brand new tracks

Race Riot 59 which features Samoan Rob from American Werewolves & Crowd Deterrent, streams two brand new tracks (Street Education 101 & Smash Nazis).

The two tracks will be released on Race Riot 59's 8 track ep for a early 2013 release.

LESS THAN JAKE announce release of new album via Rude records

Gainesville, Florida natives LESS THAN JAKE have revealed details of their forthcoming new album “Greetings and Salutations”, set for an October 16th release via Rude Records

The band - comprised of lyricist/drummer Vinnie Fiorello, vocalist/guitarist Chris DeMakes, vocalist/bassist Roger Manganelli, saxophonist Peter "JR" Wasilewski, and trombonist Buddy Schaub – has are playing the Lock Up Stage this weekend at Reading and Leeds festivals, giving fans a first glimpse of the new material as well as old faves.

COVERGE announces Euro tour dates this fall

This Fall/Winter, Boston's CONVERGE will be heading out on tour in support of their new album "All We Love We Leave Behind".
The album will be released on October 9th, 2012 on Epitaph/Deathwish.

They guys will share the stages with Touche Amore, A Storm Of Light, and The Secret (IT).
