As I expressed many times I'm not much of fan of the stripped down acoustic punk but our friend Gab (TheSmashrooms) gave this art form a try and naming himself GAB DE LA VEGA he has been writing, recording and taking around some tunes which could not have found much room in the pissed off loud hardcore punk boundaries of The Smashrooms.
This year he followed up to 2012's "Death On The Shelf" (feat. one original track plus a cover of 1000 More Fools by Bad Religion) with a lenghty effort, out on vynil, featuring 10 brand new tracks and entitled "Songs Of Existence".
He's now touring on this record in September.
