I know, it's been a really long time since last review-post. Meanwhile, a new passionate writer named Chill•HC joined the team and he has contributed with not fewer that 3 reviews out of the four we're featuring here. Read on and have fun! 

SETBACKS Oceans Apart (CD)

SETBACKS are a quintet from…all over the world. Yes, all members live in a different continent strewing from Australia to US passing through UK and South Africa. Although these tough circumstances would have put anybody else off the project, despite all the odds, they managed to release their debut album "Oceans Apart" on Morning Wood Records!

MR Records must have bet quite a high stake to get them on their roster because the musicians are pretty talented and the influences from the full length will please a wide range of tastes from punk-rock to skate punk without forgetting fast-melodic-hc.

Streaming right now NORTE CARTEL "De Volta Ao Jogo"

This band hailing from Rio De Janeiro, Brazil has been around quite a few years now and in 2010's the band released their debut full-length FIEL À TRADIÇÃO ("Loyal To Tradition" in English) which got a good reception and more than a few heads turning (and banging).
7 years on and the five-some is out with the follow-up album to Fiel A Tradicao, that is entitled "De Volta Ao Jogo" -14 tracks, sung in Portuguese, of punk hardcore in the vein of AF, Madball, SOIA, Warzone where the Carioca throw in some hip-hop and reggae influences as well.

AUTHORITY ZERO "Bayside" official lyric video and new album's mini-documentary

Old punkers never back down...

Arizona punks AUTHORITY ZERO (yeah that AZ) are delighted to share their new single "Bayside"with the world.

The track is taken from their forthcoming album "Broadcasting To The Nations" due out early next month on Bird Attack Records. It is the first chance for their fans to get a peek into what to expect from the band's sixth studio album and first release since 2013’s critically acclaimed "The Tipping Point".

This band stands for everything that's good behind the label "post-".
Cremona's Italy VISCERA/// is not a newbie and has been around since 2000 experiencing (playing with I'd add), as they state "the combination among the darkest sides of many underground genres like grindcore, black/death metal, ambient, drone and of course psychedelic music".
The band has just released their new album titled "3" that comes as the final chapter of a trilogy, "The Trilogy Of Perception" started up with the release of "Cyclops" (2007) and "2: As Zeitgeist Becomes Profusion Of The I" (2010).

VLADA INA interview

After having had to go through quite a few email exchanges and countless phone calls, with managers, PRs, you name it, we have finally somehow managed to get hold of the up and coming and hottest a cappella boy-band from Leipzig, Germany. The stylish tanned boys named themselves VLADA INA and while gracing the stage, wearing fresh-from-the-runway looks, they’ll be moshing your asses up with their sounds; ah, these dudes don’t lip-sync, ok?. The Vlada Ina’s are addicted players of Pokémon and all things Pokémonian and, thus far, they have two recordings out; the latest being entitled “True Chill” and out through Toxic Tape records, on cassette, and on 7” vinyl via Powetrip records. Well, here we are, some of above facts are true but a good bunch of other stuff is totally false bullshits.
