Are you into Celtic/Irish punk hardcore and folk tinged tunes and you only know the likes of Dropkick Murphys, Flogging Molly’s The Real McKenzies, perhaps The Tosser, The Mahones and a few others? Well, write down this name, FLATFOOT 56. The Chicago homed five-piece isn’t really a newbie among the punk rock scene and last April, on the 28th, the bagpiped punks released their record no# 8 –their very first release being a demo EP out in 2001- entitled “Odd Boat” via Sailor’s Grave records. SLED (Formerly known as Pinhole Down) Releasing Debut Full-Length 'A Better You' on Sept. 15

Jacksonville Beach, FL melodic punks SLED are debuting a new track off their upcoming release "A Better You," which will be out September 15 via Bird Attack Records.

Formerly known as Pinhole Down, now known as SLED and creatively driven by Garrett Wadford of Bird Attack Records and Merchant Vinyl, the band has emerged with a new single called “Connect The Network”.

SETBACKS Oceans Apart (CD)

SETBACKS are a quintet from…all over the world. Yes, all members live in a different continent strewing from Australia to US passing through UK and South Africa. Although these tough circumstances would have put anybody else off the project, despite all the odds, they managed to release their debut album "Oceans Apart" on Morning Wood Records!

MR Records must have bet quite a high stake to get them on their roster because the musicians are pretty talented and the influences from the full length will please a wide range of tastes from punk-rock to skate punk without forgetting fast-melodic-hc.

Streaming right now NORTE CARTEL "De Volta Ao Jogo"

This band hailing from Rio De Janeiro, Brazil has been around quite a few years now and in 2010's the band released their debut full-length FIEL À TRADIÇÃO ("Loyal To Tradition" in English) which got a good reception and more than a few heads turning (and banging).
7 years on and the five-some is out with the follow-up album to Fiel A Tradicao, that is entitled "De Volta Ao Jogo" -14 tracks, sung in Portuguese, of punk hardcore in the vein of AF, Madball, SOIA, Warzone where the Carioca throw in some hip-hop and reggae influences as well.

Old punkers never back down...

Arizona punks AUTHORITY ZERO (yeah that AZ) are delighted to share their new single "Bayside"with the world.

The track is taken from their forthcoming album "Broadcasting To The Nations" due out early next month on Bird Attack Records. It is the first chance for their fans to get a peek into what to expect from the band's sixth studio album and first release since 2013’s critically acclaimed "The Tipping Point".
